Can I have whatever I like printed on my Branded Whiteboard?

Yes. We can print any graphics you like. If you provide graphics for print however, they must adhere to our graphics guidelines. Download instructions for setting up artwork here.


Can I write on the my Branded Whiteboard?

Yes, with whiteboard markers. We recommend high quality whiteboard markers such as Artline brand.


How do I submit art for a custom printed Branded Whiteboard?

Once your online order is complete, Print Ready artwork should be emailed to  info@brandedwhitebaords.com.au 
Please state your Order Number in the email Subject Line and File Name.


Do you offer Design Services for Branded Whiteboards?

Yes. We can create the graphics for your Branded Whiteboard to ensure a professional looking finished product. Please add design services to your cart when ordering.  Once you have your order number email your brief to info@brandedwhiteboards.com.au  Please state your Order Number in the email Subject Line.


Is it possible for me to resurface an existing Whiteboard?

What methods can I use to submit an order?

You may submit a standard order through the online store. Custom orders will be quoted and invoiced
for payment prior to production.


Do quantity based price-breaks apply?

Bulk order discounts may apply for quantities of 5 or more of the same item – please contact us for a quote.


Can I purchase Branded Whiteboards in stores

Yes, Branded Whiteboards are available through resellers across Australia.


What is your return policy?

All Branded Whiteboards are made to order, and cannot be returned under normal circumstances. Please contact Branded Whiteboards customer service on 1300 564 484 or email info@brandedwhiteboards.com.au is you have any questions.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card payment through the online store. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

What are your lead times?

Our standard lead times are 10-14 working days.

If you require a “Rush” order please contact us before placing the order so that we can advise of any issues with your required due date.


Can I expedite my order?

In some cases we are able to process “Rush” Orders. Please contact customer service to enquire about expedited products. Additional costs may be incurred for “Rush” orders.

Can I have products shipped to a residential address?

Yes, providing someone will be available to sign for the product when it arrives.


How will my product be packaged?

The packaging method we use depends on the size of your shipment and the number of items in your order. Please contact Branded Whiteboards customer service on 1300 564 484 or info@brandedwhiteboards.com.au  for information specific to your order.


Do your include freight in the price of the products on the online store?

Freight charges are additional to the product prices in the online store and are calculated at checkout dependent on the size and weight or your order and the location we are delivering to.


Does someone need to be present when my order is delivered?

Yes. Large packages such as whiteboards, generally get delivered via courier and need to be signed for to accept the goods have been delivered undamaged.


What if my product is damaged during shipping?

Your delivery should arrive in good condition. Please unpack and inspect your delivery to check for concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt. In case of damages, please follow this procedure to ensure prompt resolution. You have the right to reject the shipment. Make sure the delivery driver notes the damaged goods on the con note. Should this occur the goods will be returned to Branded Whiteboards and we will file a freight claim. 

If you accept a delivery of damaged goods by signing the delivery docket you have no recourse.


What are your hours for customer pick-up of completed orders?

Our loading dock is open for collection of goods from 8.30am – 3pm Monday to Friday only.

What if I don’t see the visual communications product I want on this web site?

What accessories do you have available for purchase?

We offer a range of whiteboard accessories for sale in the online store including markers, erasers, cleaning fluid, magnets and mounting strips.


What type mounting materals are required for Branded Whiteboards boards?

Our Economy PVC whiteboards are a light weight product – we recommend mounting with 3M mounting strips, high tac double sided tape or Liquid Nails.

Our framed Magnetic whiteboards are supplied with pre-drilled corner pieces -  Appropriate hardware should be used to hang the boards dependent on the surface that you are mounting to.

The Archi-Edge Panels are baton hung and supplied with hidden fittings and fixtures.


What is the difference between magnetic and non-magnetic Branded Whiteboards?

There is no difference in the writing surface or appearance, but magnetic Branded Whiteboards are manufactured on a .5mm Sheet metal that creates a magnetised dry erase surface. Our most popular framed whiteboards are the magnetic variety, because many people appreciate the convenience of being able to use magnets on their dry erase boards.


What is the largest Branded Whiteboard I can order?

The largest Single piece board we recommend for manufacture is 1200 x 2400mm. Sheet sizes larger than this tend to become troublesome for transport and installation on site.

However, we often sell larger multi-piece boards (or walls) in panels that are connected via a seam.


Why is the Branded Whiteboards dry erase surface so resistant to staining?

The Dry-Erase surface is completely nonporous, which prevents marker ink from penetrating the surface. This results in optimum erasability and stain resistance, with only minimal maintenance required to keep the dry erase surface in pristine condition.

 


What if I have a problem with the surface of the board supplied?

Branded Whiteboards pride ourselves in the quality of product we produce. If you believe your board to be defective you may return it to us at;
